It's never too late to get in shape. We take clients
of all ages, from 25 to 70. Our sessions are particularly good for
seniors. They improve your functional fitness level and strength while
correcting any muscle imbalance. You'll also learn proper form and
increase your power.
Convenient & Affordable
Your training sessions take place wherever is most
convenient for you. We come to your home or office, or you can train at a
park or beach. We charge $50 per hour.
